DISPUTE RESOLUTION

❖ Commercial litigation: Represented a former shareholder and director of a HKEx-listed luxury watch brand company in two semi-related proceedings, both arising from a sale and purchase agreement of shares of a listed company.

❖ Financial dispute: Acted for a few defendants in resisting a claim made by a bank for repayment of an alleged loan in the sum of HK$30 million involving a number of mortgage th instructions to set aside on the ground of deception scam.  

❖ Trust and probate: Represented one camp of family siblings in a dispute over certain shares in ancestor’s family business and a sum exceeding HK$22 million, with issues on validity of a Deed of Family Arrangement and also beneficial interest of corporate shares etc.
