Sam Lennon is the Founding Partner of Lennon & Lawyers and a seasoned litigation lawyer with over 3 decades of experience. He has substantial trial, appellate, and arbitration experiences and has litigated at all levels of the Hong Kong Courts hierarchy.
He represents and advises local and overseas private individuals, SMEs and listed companies in a spectrum of dispute works encompassing commercial, shareholder disputes, construction, mortgagee actions, trust and land, insolvency proceedings and crime.
On the non-contentious aspect, Lennon advises on and represent companies in negotiating commercial corporate matters, structuring financing transactions, conveyancing and probate matters.
Lennon is fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin. He is also a qualified mediator and equipped with the respective licenses of Estate Agency and all insurance services and products which professionally facilitate his eloquent handling and consideration of such issues in these areas to tender confidential advice and services.
